EXHIBIT C – ANTI-CORRUPTION AND BRIBERY POLICY

Policy Statement and Purpose

It is the policy of KLDiscovery Inc., including its global subsidiaries (collectively, “KLDiscovery” or the “Company”), to comply with all applicable laws, including the various anti-corruption laws of the countries in which KLDiscovery does business. Such laws include the requirements of the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (as amended) (“FCPA”), the U.K. Bribery Act 2010, and similar laws enacted in other countries to prevent bribery and corruption (“Anti-Corruption Laws”). This Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy (the “Policy”) is designed to help KLDiscovery comply with these important laws and regulations.
